We made it!!! We have been so busy the minute we got off the plane, so now i have internet and time to blog! The guy that drove us here gave us a little tour of Laie so we knew how to get places. BYU has been loads of help too the people here know everything and they are the nicest here. We've gone to beaches, memorials, tours, and stores.......Our second day we went on a tour around the island with a group of new BYU students...we saw the Valley of Temples, which is a chinese looking place and a cemitary together....there was a buddist temple too. Then we went to this point were you can look down on half of the island, it was windy and beautiful up there. Next was the swap meet, it was neat to see all the different things there, it was a the Aloha Stadium in Honoulu. Then we went to the USS Arizona Memorial, there was a video then we went out by the ship. Then the next was my all time favorite....Walmart, we got all the little things we needed to go around the house, and a pillow!! We just share a big king size pillow its nice...ha. Then we went back up around by the Dole Plantation and up to North Shore, where they have the best shaved ice. The line was so long that we decided to wait til another time. By the time we got home we were so tired, but we went and got some food for our apartment.......This is a funny story, we didn't have a car or anything to move our stuff the apartment so we just rolled it down for the hotel all the way to our new place.....it sucked so bad I hated it. It had to be at least a mile long and we looked silly! My shoulder blades hurt....I'm glad its over now...But the beaches are Beautiful and lamar likes school so far, were trying to figure things out still...church is cool its just married couples and some of the have kids...it looks fun so far!

Our crazy life

It feels like our lifes have been going so fast ever sence lamar got accepted to BYU Hawaii. We have been on many roadtrips to visit family, friends, and cool places.....We have kept ourselves plenty busy and it still hasn't stopped, but we are having tons of fun! Lamar left on Sunday to Grants, New Mexico to work construction with his friends and should get a better pay and have fun while doing it. I'm still in Thatcher working at Curtis Landscape and learning lots! haha now I know if you plant your trees too deep they will die! It's about 5 weeks til we leave so we have been craming things into our schedule and keeping busy! We have almost everything figured out and are getting ready to be beach bums!

We just got back from one of our trips we had to fit into our busy schedule....we went to Utah to see my grandparents and my brother Nolan and his wife Keree and their adorable baby boy Perry came down from Idaho....we got to go up with my other brother Bryan and his wife Gabi too. We took some pictures to share with you all!

Today we have been married 6 months!!! Time is flying by, it is crazy. It still feels like yesterday was our honeymoon......Things that have happened to us so far have all been blessings. First of all we are going to BYU Hawaii in 2 months, which we are so excited for. It will be a chance of a lifetime and a time to grow closer to eachother and really learn how to rely on eachother. We both have great jobs Lamar is working construction and I am working at a landscaping company. Right now we're living at Lamar's parents to save as much as we can. It will be hard to compact our lives into a couple suitcases but I think it will be WAY worth it!

We both graduated from Eastern Arizona College and we wanted to celebrate and since were going to an island for hopefully 2 years we decided to go to Six Flags in Cali......the tickets were on sale and I wanted to go before kids start being in our picture. So we all drove up to Cali for a weekend. It was way fun and the best graduation present ever!

Last weekend all of Lamar's family was in town for his sister leisel's graduation and so we wanted to go do something fun. We went up to the mt graham to the pot holes, where they have waterfalls that are like slides. The water was so cold so we didn't get too crazy but it was fun. We had to climb up this rock wall and climb and stuff so it was way fun! This picture was after we slid down the waterfall behind us....crazy i know!
Lamar loves his dirtbike so we rode it up the road to the pot holes. It's kinda fun to ride but a little crazy.....got to do it before we have kids haha!

I'm still living in Thatcher going to school and working. School is going well I'm almost through one semester, and one more to go. A new and exciting thing has happened in my life! I have a boyfriend, his name is Lamar Innes. He returned from his mission about a month ago. We met at EA's homecoming bonfire about 2 weeks ago. It's all kinda funny cause before he even got home all of our friends wanted to get us together. And now we're dating! The night he asked me to be his girlfriend we went up to this place on Mount Graham on his dirt bike. When we got to the right place we were under all the stars talking and everything just clicked and it's awesome. 2 days ago we were watching a movie and he paused it and started talking to me and he gave me a promise ring!! Everything is so amazing and right. It's crazy to think about it all, but i know I'm doing what makes me happy and thats by doing all the little things that brings me closer to my Heavenly Father and he blesses me.
